Some publishers restrict the number of the people who can look at an ebook at the same time. If the limit for a particular title is reached, you will see the text 'Add to queue'
If you want to be added to the queue, so that you are able to read when it becomes available, click on Add to queue and enter your email address. You will be notified by email when the book is available.
When you add your email address you should see the text 'In queue'.
The same publishers will also restrict the amount of time that you can look at an ebook - usually two hours maximum.
