Digital wellbeing is partly about managing your device use and the way that you use your devices. • Popular app with a library of over 30,000 guided meditations and a simple timer for meditation

• Developed by the UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center

Mindfulness Coach

• Provides a gradual, self-guided training program designed to help you understand and adopt a simple mindfulness practice

MindShift CBT - Anxiety Canada

• Designed to help you combat depression and alleviate your negative moods

Overcoming

• This is a series of three apps that supports a book series of the same name. There are three apps available, enabling people with a range of common problems and disorders to take control of their own recovery programme using cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). The apps help you with Overcoming Low Self-Esteem, Overcoming Depression and Overcoming Anxiety
